Andrew's Day of Kindness

I was recently cleaning up my hard drive again and I went through some of the pictures in our Andrew folder.  There were quite a few that I had forgotten about.
You don't get much cuter than that boy.  Those cheeks!
Where'd Andrew go?
Brady is now the same age as Andrew is in this picture.  I love this age.  He is so perfect.
It is so hard to be forgetting so many things about Andrew.  I am so glad I wrote so much down and have so many pictures.  I am doing good most of the time these days.  It is is hard when I see kids who are the same age Andrew would be and also see kids who are 14 months old.  I want to just hug and squeeze them.
After Andrew passed away we had so much Christlike service and kindness showed to us.  For his birthday and Angel day last year, we spent the day trying to do service for others. to try to give back and not think how much we hurt. We wanted to ask anyone who read this to do us a favor.  Andrew's 3rd birthday is coming up on October 12th and this year we wanted to challenge you all to try to make a special effort of doing an act of kindness.  It doesn't have to be anything big, just something you wouldn't normally do.  We want October 12 to be a day full of love, service, and family.  Even if you make a special effort to love your family more, make cookies for someone, sweep someone's floor, write a note to someone you've been thinking about, smile more, or anything to show an increase of love and kindness to others.  I'm so grateful for this little boy.  I am so grateful for what he has taught us.  Thank you for all the love and support you have shown our family.  We love you!

Ok, every time I remember to check your blog I end up crying because it is so easy to see the love of your family in your pictures and words. Count us in for the 12th!

That's an exceptional idea. We accept your challenge. :)

And no, you can't get any cuter than your Angel Andrew.

Such a wonderful idea. I think about Andrew often because Taegen is only a few months older than him. Every time your family comes to mind, I give extra hugs. Friday will be a great day!
