Leslie's Wedding

We spent most of last week in Utah for my sister, Leslie's wedding.  It was fun to see a lot of family and  be in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple for Leslie and Tanner (her husband).
Right before we left, we celebrated Tanner's Anniversary (when he was sealed to us in the Temple).  Tanner is such an awesome boy. We are so grateful to have him in our family.
My sister, Mary flew out here to Seattle, so she could drive with me and the kids back to Utah.  The kids loved having her here.
We stayed at my Aunt Michelle's house in Draper, UT, and the kids had so much fun.  She has a huge playground and trampoline in the ground.  I love the look of pure joy on Tanner's face.  It also helped that the kids got to spend all day with their cousins.
The weather was pretty overcast the whole time we were there, but we still got to spend a day swimming.  My brother's in-laws had a heated pool, that was 93 degrees.  The kids loved it being as warm as their baths.  Travis is pretty funny about wearing goggles.
Tanner could swim all day, everyday.  He loves to swim.
Taylor (Amy's son) loved swimming in the warm pool.
Aunt Kristen brought the kids popsicles to eat while they were swimming.  That is pure heaven for Travis.
 Introducing Tanner & Leslie Tagg

 My sister Amy and Taylor.
 Aubree and cousin Annie.
My older brothers, Tom and Steve.
 Sister's Sara and Mary.
 Leslie looked so beautiful!
 Not sure about this one.
Love him! Eric helping Jared fall asleep.
After the wedding stuff, before we left town, we had an Easter egg hunt at my grandma's.
Aubree checking out her cousin, Lucy's loot.
Travis decorated his bag with a tiger.  Drawing tigers is his new thing.
Jared is starting to get pretty good at feeding himself.  I don't know how much of his roll got into his mouth.
We weren't able to dye eggs till we got home.
Travis loved dyeing the eggs over and over till they turned brown.
 Aubree loved "sandblasting" the eggs.
Tanner had fun too, but didn't want a picture taken.
Travis trying to wear a floatie, while saying he's a bee.
Travis loves pb&j sandwiches.  He especially loves the jelly.  He'll eat it with a spoon and even drink it, giving himself a jelly unibrow.

My talented cousin Andrea, was the wedding photographer and before the wedding dinner started she took a few pictures of our family.  It is weird to take a family picture without our Angel Andrew.
We never visited Utah while Andrew was alive, so much of our extended family there didn't get the chance to meet him.  I feel bad that they never met him.  Andrew is such an awesome boy.  We are so grateful to have him as part of our family.
ANDREW MEMORY:
While sitting in the car, next to Aubree, Andrew would wait for opportunities to quickly grab a handful of Aubree's long hair, and the louder she would scream, the bigger his cheezy grin would become.  It was always entertaining to see how he would get a kick out of teasing his siblings.  We sure love him!

I just spent the last hour looking at your blog. Oh, how I love you and your family. I appreciate your honesty and perspective.

Thank you for letting Andy share some of your feelings and experiences about being in the Temple after Andrew passed away for his talk tomorrow. I've been sitting at my computer crying as I've read your posts over again.

I hope to get back over to your place soon for some more torture. Your workouts are amazing! We are moving here in the next couple of weeks so life has gotten a bit crazy. At the very least I would love to have Aubree over soon. Rachel is really missing her. I've loved reading about her here. She is truly so wise.

I hope to see you and the kids tomorrow!
