grateful!

I have been thinking a lot this week about all that I am thankful/grateful for, but I haven't got the chance to write out my list till after Thanksgiving. So, here goes...

*in no particular order

I am grateful to be living in near a temple.
I am grateful for our birth mothers and for our adoptions.
I am grateful that Eric is in dental school and that we get to stay close to home for his first year.
I am grateful to have family and help near.
I am grateful for the kids cousins.
I am grateful for our 6 week old who sleeps (10hr!) at night.
I am grateful to be able to "see" Eric using google chat. There are some weeks that the kids see Eric more on the computer than they do in real life.
I am grateful to be more in love today that I ever thought possible over 7 years ago.
I am grateful for my Mom. She allows us to visit a lot and comes to our house once a week so I can get errands done.
I am grateful for such a wonderful husband who is also the best dad.
I am grateful for Aubree. She is such a sweetheart and makes my life easier.
I am grateful for Tanner. He has such an awesome sense of humor and infectious smile.
I am grateful for Travis. He is such a mommy's boy and I love it.
I am grateful for Andrew. He his such a good baby and I can't get enough of him.

I am grateful for wonderful in-laws who let the kids and I stay at their house while Eric has too much studying.
I am grateful for the missionaries in our families. Brandon (above) just returned from Long Beach and Blake (below) is in Wisconsin.
I am so grateful for my family!

cuteness!

I got the kids dressed somewhat nice this last week, to see if I could get some good pictures. Aubree is the only one who will pose for me. She is such a sweetheart.
I love Aubs smile and laugh. She has the best sense of humor. She keeps Eric and I laughing.
I was thinking about Aubree and how mature she is. Travis is the age right now that Aubree was when Travis was born. She was so helpful and obedient for her age. We are grateful for this beautiful girl.
LOVE Trav's face in this picture. Travis is such a sweet boy. He can't get enough of his little brother. He always lays his head on him softly and says "Hi baby" in his motherese voice. It is so cute.
Aubs making faces at the ducks.
We went to Manito park to get out of the house and get some pictures. The boys loved chasing after the ducks and feeding them.
I got this elephant costume with an after halloween sale/coupon for $1 and Tanner wants to wear it all of the time. It is a little small and gives him a wedgie, but he is so cute in it. It has padding in all the right places.

Aubree gave her first talk in primary on Sunday. Her talk was on her family, so she wanted to write all of our names.
Seeing this picture makes me smile. It almost looks like a school picture. Tanner is so funny and so handsome! He is still wanting to go Trick or Treating every day.
I can't get enough of this boy. He is so kissable! Andrew turns 1 month old this week. I can't believe it has already been a month. It is so fun to have a newborn in our home again. Andrew is such a blessing to our family. He had his first official bath yesterday. His umbilical cord fell off an hour after he was circumcised (in case you were wondering:).
Tann and Trav having a snack before bedtime.

Happy Halloween

These first three pictures are from when we were in Wenatchee before Andrew was born and I just found them. We went to an orchard and picked all the apples we wanted. The kids loved it.

Tanner put on Trav's costume from last year. I love his smile!
The kids and I carved pumpkins this last week. Tanner is the only kid that would help me gut them. Aubree didn't want to touch the guts.
Evening snack of popsicles and frozen gogurts.
Love this girl!

Trunk of Treat (Aubs is missing her witch hat and broom)
Travis trying to grab some extra candy.
The kids with Eric going through their loot.
Aubree and Tanner got colored dracula teeth at the truck or treat. I love how Tanner wore his so far inside of his mouth. He started to gag.

Andrew turned 3 weeks yesterday. I tried to take some pictures, but they turned out pretty blurry. Andrew is such a doll. His face changes everyday. Andrew is more of a mystery than our other kids, because we haven't even seen a picture of his birth parents. He is a wonderful baby. The last couple nights he has been sleeping 6 hours in a row, and last night he went 8! It was heavenly!

The kids can't get enough of Andrew. We got home from church and Eric had Andrew on the ground doing some tummy time and the boys both went and laid next to him. Aubs ran over for the picture. This picture makes me melt. We have been so blessed!
