We just got back from a family reunion in Island Park, ID and we had a lot of fun. Both Aubs and Tanner got to go fishing and they both reeled in a couple fish. It was fun to see Jackie (my sister) and her family. We floated down the snake river, played tons of games, and went to West Yellowstone for a play at the Playmill Theatre. I still don't have my camera back, so I'm going to have to get my siblings to email the pictures that they took. I found this video on my computer of Aubree playing peek-a-boo with Trav (it is a biter biscuit on his shoulder). Aubs is the best sister to her two brothers. Trav lights up when she is around.

Family Vacation 2010
Last week we went on our much needed family vacation. It was hard to slip it in between finding a place to live in Seattle, working, and packing all our stuff for our move. Every summer my family goes to Island Park, Idaho for vacation. My grandparents have a cabin in Macks Inn that we stay at. The kids were in heaven! We played in the river, fished, and spent lots of time together. This picture is from the dock, it is so beautiful! This post is going to be mostly pictures.
Tanner loved trying to find minnows and tadpoles in the water.
Love him! It is so nice to be able relax as a family.
Aubree, with my little sisters.
They took Aubs across the river. It was freezing!
Sweet Aubs! She loved jumping off the dock.
Tanner and cousin Jay looking at the bucket of minnows.
Aubree had so much fun playing with Jay.
Tanner is such a funny boy. I think he is sticking his tongue out at his shadow.

Travis loved "fishing" off the dock.

Andrew hanging out at the dock with my mom.
Our family tradition is for the babies to take baths in the sink at the cabin. Andrew loved his sink bath.
After church on Sunday we attempted some quick family pictures.
It was way too hot and sunny, and I couldn't find any place with good lighting. This was the best we got.

We headed to Big Springs (a place with huge fish under a bridge) and Aubree went there with a big group while the boys napped and we went later with the boys while Aubree stayed at the cabin.
The water is freezing.

Love this girl!
Aubs and Jay doing their serious faces.
The boys at Big Springs with Sara and Leslie.

Trav always has to wear his hat.

Travis and Tanner looking at the fish. Travis' shoes were too big and while he was climbing one fell into the river. It started floating down the river and Travis was crying.

Travis crying while Sara is climbing into the freezing cold spring water to get his croc.

Sara got the shoe!

Travis and Leslie

Eric and Tann looking at the big fish.

A few days later we went to Mesa Falls. We took more pictures and I will post them once I get them from my mom's camera.

Eric and my dad took the kids fishing. They loved it, especially Tanner.
They each "caught" (reeled in) a fish on this trip.
The video above is Tanner catching his first fish by himself. Ignore my voice. It is way too loud. Tanner wanted to go fishing all day/everyday. As we were sitting there fishing a moose came out of the nowhere. It was pretty awesome.

Wilson Family Reunion 2012
We headed to Island Park again this summer for our Wilson Family Reunion. All of my siblings were able to come except for my oldest brother Tom, who lives in London. It is so pretty in there and we saw some awesome wildlife (3 moose, bald eagle, blue heron, muskrats).
Our kids had so much fun. Travis cried for a while when he realized we were home and not at the cabin anymore.

I have been going there since I was a baby, so it has been fun for our kids to start making their memories there.
Leslie and Big Tanner gave a lot of canoe rides.
The kids loved playing in the cold river.
Aubree had so much fun spending so much time with Leah and Claire. While we were there, my sister Jackie cut Aubree's hair and gave her bangs. Aubree looks cute of course, but we're ready for her to grow out her bangs already.
Love Jared's tuxedo onesie.
My Mom even spent sometime helping the kids fish on the boat.
Jay is the best at catching frogs, leaches, and minnows. Jared loved playing with Jay's frog.
Looking for more frogs.
We had a fun talent show one night. For our families talent, Travis sang the Transformers song and then Tanner (with his game face on) did a few of his dance moves.
We had a couple family races and relays.
Eric won the adult race.
My brother Jon and his wife, just had their first little girl this summer. Her name is Elsa and she is 3 months younger than Brady.
We floated down the river.
Jared reeling in his first fish.
This is 16 of my parent's 19 grandkids.
These pictures are everyone who was there with Eric and I taking turns being in the picture.
Tanner got stung by a bee on his head right before we attempted a picture. Travis just didn't want a picture. Someday...
Love my sisters! Just thinking about my sisters, makes me want to cry. They are my best friends (besides Eric, of course) and have helped me in so many ways.
It has been such an awesome blessing to have my sister, Sara living with us while we have been here in Seattle. She is so selfless and we are forever grateful for her service to us.
Eric is SO wonderful! I really can't say enough about him. He has to be the most patient man I know. He is constantly serving people and works so hard for us.
These three boys were three peas in a pod. They were either playing perfectly together, or chucking Beanie Babies at each others heads.
We headed into West Yellowstone one day and ate at a taco bus.
Thank you Mom and Dad for such a fun week!
