Moving Nightmare!

So we found a house to live in the Seattle Area. We rented a truck, finished packing up our house and get a call that the house we had signed a lease on and put a deposit down on had fallen through. So we are now homeless. Our stuff is in our moving van still and we are trying to find a new place. We are staying with family till we can find a new place to live. We sure appreciate our families. My Mom is amazing. She helped pack most our house AND cleaned most of it. These pictures of Aubs don't have much to do with the post, but she is such a sweetheart. I'm so grateful for her.

Family Vacation 2010

Last week we went on our much needed family vacation. It was hard to slip it in between finding a place to live in Seattle, working, and packing all our stuff for our move. Every summer my family goes to Island Park, Idaho for vacation. My grandparents have a cabin in Macks Inn that we stay at. The kids were in heaven! We played in the river, fished, and spent lots of time together. This picture is from the dock, it is so beautiful! This post is going to be mostly pictures.
Tanner loved trying to find minnows and tadpoles in the water.
Love him! It is so nice to be able relax as a family.
Aubree, with my little sisters.
They took Aubs across the river. It was freezing!
Sweet Aubs! She loved jumping off the dock.
Tanner and cousin Jay looking at the bucket of minnows.
Aubree had so much fun playing with Jay.
Tanner is such a funny boy. I think he is sticking his tongue out at his shadow.
Travis loved "fishing" off the dock.
Andrew hanging out at the dock with my mom.
Our family tradition is for the babies to take baths in the sink at the cabin. Andrew loved his sink bath.
After church on Sunday we attempted some quick family pictures.
It was way too hot and sunny, and I couldn't find any place with good lighting. This was the best we got.
We headed to Big Springs (a place with huge fish under a bridge) and Aubree went there with a big group while the boys napped and we went later with the boys while Aubree stayed at the cabin.
The water is freezing.
Love this girl!
Aubs and Jay doing their serious faces.
The boys at Big Springs with Sara and Leslie.
Trav always has to wear his hat.
Travis and Tanner looking at the fish. Travis' shoes were too big and while he was climbing one fell into the river. It started floating down the river and Travis was crying.
Travis crying while Sara is climbing into the freezing cold spring water to get his croc.
Sara got the shoe!
Travis and Leslie
Eric and Tann looking at the big fish.
A few days later we went to Mesa Falls. We took more pictures and I will post them once I get them from my mom's camera.
Eric and my dad took the kids fishing. They loved it, especially Tanner.
They each "caught" (reeled in) a fish on this trip.
The video above is Tanner catching his first fish by himself. Ignore my voice. It is way too loud. Tanner wanted to go fishing all day/everyday. As we were sitting there fishing a moose came out of the nowhere. It was pretty awesome.

9 Months!

Andrew turned 9 months old today. I can't believe how fast it has gone by. He is such a sweet boy. Andrew has the cutest personality and is always happy. He gets really excited when he eats his food, especially solids, and moves his hands and feet in circles. I need to get it on video.
I saw a pattern for baby legs and found some ladies knee length socks on clearance at Target. I made these for Andrew today. He is so cute in them. I need to find more masculine socks, but they do the trick.
LOVE him!
I can't believe I am almost 30 weeks. I feel really WIDE this pregnancy. I am starting to get really excited and nervous. In the next few weeks we need to find a place to live in Seattle and move.
I love Travs' love for hats.
Tanner boy is so handsome!
Aubs with her favorite girls in the world. She would be in heaven to spend 24/7 with them.
Andrew chillin' in the shade.
Goggle boy Trav with his Toy Story gear. Eric and I were able to take the kids separately to Toy Story 3. They loved it!
Tanner comes across as a boy who is not afraid of anything, but for some reason, he is crazy afraid of bugs. No matter how big or small he gets really funny about it. He loves finding them, but will not get near them. There is a tiny bug on the white part of the pool if you look close.
Tanner is a fish and has no fear of water.

Happy 4th of July!

This is one of our favorite videos of Tanner from last year. We wish everyone a Happy 4th of July. We are so grateful to live in this country!
