It was SO nice having an extra day this weekend to relax and be able to hang out with Eric. He had 2 exams on Friday and had no new material to study, so we got to spend time with him Saturday through Monday. It was heaven! Aubree was snuggling with Eric and looked up at him and said, "Dad, we need a bigger car and a new dad." Eric asked her why. She said she needed a new dad so he could be a kid with her and a new car so we could have lots and lots of kids. Aubree already has it planned out where all of our future kids will sleep.
On Labor Day we met my parents and Amy's family for a hike. For some reason, Tanner carried a thing of sprinkles with him for the whole hike (see pic above).

I just found your blog and I love your story -- incredible!! Your kids are adorable! I love finding others who have gone through adoption we have adopted four children through lds family services and feel so so blessed!! What a blessing the gospel is in every way eh! ttys
