This week has been one of those weeks. On Monday night I backed into Eric's Dad's truck. I had never been in an accident. We headed to Spokane on Tuesday to get all of our stuff unpacked and moved in to our new house and I came down with the flu and felt sick and achey for 3 days. We did get our stuff all moved in and we are excited to be living in Spokane. Eric gave me all day on Friday to do whatever I wanted all by myself. It was fun to take my time to shop and get errands done, but I didn't know what to do with free hands at time. It got kind of boring. The kids have so much fun with their dad, I don't think they missed me at all. They are going to have a hard time not seeing their dad as much. Eric and I did our first triathlon today. It was a lot of fun, but the whole time I was doing it I was wondering why I was doing it. We borrowed Eric's brother's bike for me to use and this morning after Eric replaced the tube we realized it didn't shift, so I would have to ride the 10 miles in the same gear. It wasn't too bad. The worst part was that I forgot to borrow a helmet and this morning I realized that the only helmet we had was Aubree's. I looked ridiculous. I had to stretch the straps all the way and it sat crooked on my head. I wish we got a picture of it. We are excited to do another one.
Not the most flattering outfit that I wore.
Travis (above) and Tanner (below) at our new house.
Tanner learned the hard way not to ride his bike naked.
Love their eyes!
Travis jumped in the pool Sunday after church before we realized there was still water in the pool.
Tanner asks his grandma for lotion massages a couple times a day. It is really cute.
